Message the admin to get a redeem code. Credits come only from redeem codes.
Add credits
Redeem the code in your wallet. $1 = 10 credits, no card needed.
Cannot sign in?
- Forgot your password? Password reset by email is not available yet, so ask the admin to reset it for you.
- Lost your authenticator app or recovery codes? Message the admin and say which username you are locked out of. Identity is confirmed before any change is made.
- Never share your password or API key with anyone, including support.
