Refund Policy
Draft: have a lawyer review before publishing. This text is a starting template, not legal advice.

1. How credits are added
Credits are added with redeem codes. This is the primary method. The payment terms in section 3 apply only if paid checkout is offered.
2. Credits are non-refundable
Redeemed, purchased and free credits are not refundable and not redeemable for cash, including unused credits, credits left when you close or lose access to your account, and credits spent on results you are unhappy with, because output quality is subjective and depends on your prompt and the chosen model.
3. Paid checkout payments
Applies only when paid checkout is enabled.
- Crypto payments are final once confirmed. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or charged back, so we cannot cancel a payment after it is confirmed. Check the amount, currency and network before paying.
- Under-payment: if less than the invoice amount is received, credits are granted pro rata to the amount actually received.
- Over-payment: any amount above the invoice is not refunded automatically. Contact support with the order ID and we will review it.
- Late payment: a payment that arrives after the invoice has expired is credited once it is confirmed (pro rata to the amount actually received). If it does not appear, contact support with the order ID.
Credits obtained through paid checkout are covered by section 2 like any other credits.
4. Failed generations
If a generation fails (error or no output), the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance once the outcome is known. If you believe credits were taken for a generation that produced no usable output because of a technical fault, contact us with the generation ID and we will review it; where the fault is confirmed we will restore the credits.
5. Account actions
If we terminate your account for violating the Terms of Service, remaining credits are forfeited. Credits obtained through abuse or fraud may be revoked.
6. Contact
Questions about credits or a generation: [contact email]. Include your account email and any order, code or generation IDs.
