One prepaid balance, $1 = 10 credits
Every model draws from the same credit balance. You add credits with redeem codes. There are no plans, subscriptions or cards on file.
What a credit is
A credit is the unit every price is quoted in. Prices can have up to six decimals, so a small job may cost a fraction of a credit.

How redeem codes work
- 1. Get a code. Codes are issued by the admin; ask on Telegram below.
- 2. Redeem it. Open Wallet and enter the code. Capital letters, dashes and spaces do not matter. It works once.
- 3. Use the credits. They appear on your balance immediately and do not expire while your account is active. A code can have its own expiry date, so redeem it before then.
Hold, charge, refund
You only pay for output that is delivered. This is what happens to your balance, in order.

Credits are added to your balance at once.
- Hold
You start a generation
The price is set aside from your balance. You can still see it as reserved.
- Charge
Output is delivered
The hold becomes the charge. If only some outputs arrive, you pay for those only.
- Refund
It fails or you cancel
The hold is released in full, automatically. No ticket needed.

How do I add credits?
Redeem a code in your Wallet. The credits are added immediately. Each code works once. Codes are not case-sensitive, and dashes and spaces are ignored.

Do credits expire?
Credits on your balance do not expire while your account is active. A redeem code itself may have an expiry date; redeem it before then.
Are there plans or subscriptions?
No. There are no plans, subscriptions or automatic charges.
What if a generation fails?
The credits held for it are released automatically, and you pay only for outputs that are delivered.
How long are my files kept?
Generated files and uploads are kept for 3 days. Download what you want to keep.
Do I get free credits?
Starter credits, if any, are granted automatically when you create an account. The amount is set by the site admin and may be zero.
